Nice but needs a renovation

It is a nice house in a nice neighbourhood but it does nead a reno. Kitchen door to balcony is not closing, furniture is old and everything is dated. But for us the matrasses on the beds where the worse. As a family of 5 we hardly got any sleep. Unfortunately we expected more for the price we payed.

Fantastic holiday villa

What a great villa! Not just a perfect location for us (less than 10 minutes to sinner great beachs) but very well equipped and a wonderful pool! Our 9 year old was reluctant to leave! The agents (I.P.M.) we're very helpful and answered all our questions.

Nice property, comfortable

The property was nice with a beautiful view, pool and ping pong made our days in this villa, terraces in every floor to enjoy the nice weather But we arrived to rhe house with the agent around 4.30 pm, and to our surprise the house was dirty from the last renters, with beds still with dirty sheets and wet towels on the floors, tables with sticky liquids, eventhough they cleaned it and we could get finally into the house at 6.30pm, first impresion was nasty and then it made it difficult to erase that image from your head of how dirty the house was No air conditioning and just 2 fans in a house this big also made it challenging during the hot days and nights We had a good time but there is a lot of room for improvement to give a better experience
