The Sun is a beautiful apartment located in the Port of Alcudia, just a few minutes walking from the incredible and wonderful beach in the north of Mallorca.The apartment belongs to a small complex with a large community pool and lawn areas.The dwelling is located on the ground floor and has a furnished terrace with a table for 4 people and a barbecue to enjoy the good temperature of Mallorca. The interior of the house has a living-dining room with a sofa, another dining table for 4 people, and a small kitchen with an American bar. Additionally, the apartment has a bathroom with a shower, a room with a trundle bed, and another with a double bed and direct access to a second terrace at the back of the dwelling.Both the living-dining room and the two bedrooms have air conditioning. Sorry, we wont be returning

The apartment is very very nice, plenty of everything you need and lovely welcome goodies. The complex is small which for us great but there are a lot of residential people there with dogs that are allowed to run loose and mess all over the grass. I was sat having breakfast on the terrace when this happened right in front of me. I waited for the owner to clean it up as she was there, but no I had to approach her and it was obvious she thought I was lying about it being her dog.One residential family right next door come most weekends, with other adults and tons of kids. Ordinarily if this was a holiday let no more than 4 would be there. A dozen people sat right outside your terrace with screaming kids, not for me.The pool and grounds are very well kept. One final point, the water pressure in the apartment is a dribble at best, it took an age to have a shower and to fill a bowl, I could go and make the bed by the time it filled. It all sounds very negative, we had a nice holiday, but these are important issues for somewhere I paid nearly 4000 Euros for three weeks.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung als Familie mit 2 Kindern (3+6) genutzt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gepflegt und super sauber. Alles ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet und wir fanden uns gleich gut zurecht. Was toll war zur Begrüßung standen eine Obstschale und ein Verpflegungskorb mit Getränken, Keksen, Öl, etc. bereit. Es gibt eine Kapselkaffeemaschine und die dazu passenden gut schmeckenden Kaffeekapseln. Es gibt 2 Terrassen, eine zur Straße und eine zum Pool/Garten, jeweils mit Tisch und Stühlen. Im Garten gibt es zusätzlich 4 Liegen. Der Pool ist schön angelegt und kann von der Wohnung aus eingesehen werden. Er ist im vorderen Bereich recht flach (ca. 40 cm) und wird im hinteren Bereich tiefer (ca. 1,70 m). Der Pool war für unsere Kids das absolute Highlight. In der Umgebung findet man alles, was man so braucht, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants und Bars. Wir können die Minidisco im BQ Hotel empfehlen. Dort ist man auch als nicht Hotelgast willkommen, man sollte dann aber fairerweise auch die Bar nutzten. Zu dem tollen Sandstrand sind es auch mit Kinderwagen nicht viel mehr als 5 Gehminuten. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Haus oder in näherer Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und der Vermieterin war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am ersten Tag haben wir festgestellt, dass die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer nicht funktioniert, diese wurde bereits am nächsten Tag komplett erneuert! Leider war zusätzlich der Toaster defekt, aber 2 Stunden nach der Meldung hatten wir schon einen Neuen. Echt toller Service! Alles in allem waren wir mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Hat was man braucht, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Küche und nahe am Pool und zu Fuss sind es einige Minuten zum Strand. Hatten entspannte Ferien.

Super ausgestattete, sehr saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf dem Tisch standen bei unserer Ankunft eine Obstschale und andere nützliche Dinge. Es wurden ausreichend Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Neben Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschinentabs und anderen Küchenutensilien waren sogar Weinflaschen und Kaffeekapseln vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen Zum Strand sind es nur gute 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Sehr sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Nachbarschaft

Wir hatten im Juli 2021 einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Alles hat gestimmt. Abstimmung mit der Agentur bis hin zur bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Ankommen und Urlaub genießen. Hervorzuheben ist auch die sehr nette und zuvorkommende Nachbarschaft. Unser Tochter hatte sehr viel Spaß mit den Kindern vor Ort. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke IPM Mallorca für die reibungslose Abwicklung. 👍👍👍

Nice and big apartment

Apartment is big with all new features and a big equipped kitchen with everything you can need to cook in abundance, even if you don't use the dishwasher for a couple of day you still have dish and glasses. The place has 3 tables where to eat so can decide each time where to eat depending on the mood or the time of the day. Garden has a table outside for dinner with a view on a shared swimming pool where to spend the day when tired from the beach that is few minutes from the property. All the locals and services are few minutes from the property including supermarkets, bars and gym, nicest place for the night is Alcudia that is 5 minutes by car. I stayed only one week out of my 4 week vacation in Maiorca and pity I didn't choose this for a longer time. Hopefully next time!

Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der unteren Etage eines Reihenhauses. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Anreise sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Vom Hausverwalter wurde sogar ein kleines Willkommens-Paket (bestehend aus Salz, Essig, Öl, Kaffee, Saft, Keksen, frischem Obst) zur Verfügung gestellt, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer kleinen Wohnanlage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Auch der Pool- und Gartenbereich sind sehr gepflegt und laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Häuser innerhalb der Anlage liegen sehr nah beieinander, sind aber nicht hellhörig. Das einzige was uns zeitweise gestört hat, war das Bellen der Hunde der Nachbarn. Das Meer, der Hafen sowie mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Einen Mietwagen haben wir nicht gebraucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausverwalter verlief problemlos und war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage

Es war alles da, was man braucht - gut ausgestattete Küche, angenehme Klimaanlage, viele, viele Handtücher und diverse Kleinigkeiten wie Seife, Spülmittel, Putzlappen, ... Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Garten und Pool sind klasse, vor allem wenn man mit Kind verreist und die Wege zu Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß machbar.
