Me and my friends had a great stay at the property!

It was exactly how it is listed it’s modern, has beautiful views, and everything you could need on a trip. It was a close walk to the beach, and local town, and a half hour walk to old town which is beautiful. The hosts were extremely helpful with messaging, answering all questions and allowing us to check out late due to a late flight. Would highly recommend and would happily stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay

The apartment is fully equipped with everything we needed for our 2 weeks in Alcudia. The location is perfect overlooking the port and near to restaurants and bars. The view is absolutely beautiful from the balcony and we spent lots of mornings and evenings taking it all in. Overall, it was good value for money and a home away from home. We would like to stay again

Beautiful apartment with excellent views of the marina and sea. The apartment was spotless with everything that you need for you stay. The balcony is lovely to sit out on to watch the boats coming and going day or night. Hope to be back one day

Bien placé et confortable. Un peu à l’écart du centre, pour ceux qui recherchent un peu plus de calme, mais tout de même animé. Non loin des points d’interêt, surtout si on loue un vélo, ce que je conseille.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Wir können die Ferienwohnung empfehlen. Kurz zusammengefasst die +/- Eigenschaften: Positiv: - super aufgeteilt (jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich mit Bad) - großes Wohnzimmer mit TV (Netflix, Amazon etc) - Küche hat alles was man braucht und mehr - beide Bereiche haben einen Balkon (nach hinten raus und nach vorne zum Strand) - großer Balkon - sehr nah am Strand und viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe - wir haben immer einen Parkplatz direkt an der Ferienwohnung gehabt - man ist schnell im Umland - gute Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter (spricht mehrere Sprachen) - sauber Negativ: - die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirken auf den Bilder größer und es könnten mehr Handtuchhalter verbaut sein - der Balkon ist groß aber nicht so riesig wie auf den Bildern - da die Ferienwohnung zum Strand liegt und davor eine Straße (klein) lang geht, kann es nachts laut sein und die Fenster sind sehr dünn, sodass man den Lärm hört (das gilt für das Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett) Wir waren super happy mit der Wohnung und können sie weiter empfehlen. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf Yachthafen

Wir waren im Oktober in Alcudia und es war unser erster Mallorca Urlaub - es hat alles gepasst: Wetter, Umgebung und auch die Unterkunft. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet- alles vorhanden, was man für die Selbstversorgung benötigt (ein Messerschärfer wäre noch schön :-) ). Vom Balkon, auf dem wir jeden Abend gesessen haben, konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang über dem Yachthafen und den dahinter liegenden Bergen genießen. Die Kinder haben sich über WLAN und Satelliten- TV (alle großen deutschen Sender vorhanden) gefreut. Parken war kein Problem - rund um die Unterkunft gab es ausreichend Parkplätze. Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte in fußläufiger Umgebung - ein großer und empfehlenswerter Mercadona Supermarkt ist ca. 10 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Ein- und Auschecken war ebenfalls problemlos möglich (inklusive hilfreicher Tips - vielen Dank noch einmal!). Also wie gesagt - schöner Ort, tolle Lage, super Ferienwohnung! Gerne wieder einmal.

Mega Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir waren selten in einer Wohnung wo alles so gepasst hat. Die Wohnung war super sauber und extrem gut ausgestattet, wie zu Hause. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt, wir waren und sind noch immer begeistert. Die Wohnung liegt hervorragend, direkt am Hafen und nur ein paar Meter bis zum Strand. Die Aussicht ist einfach grandios. Wir werden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen und hoffen dass wir noch einmal zurück kommen können. Es waren sogar Strandtücher vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat eine richtige Waschküche auf dem hinteren Balkon, klein aber mega. Die Küche ist mit allen möglichen Geräten ausgestattet, es hat an rein gar nichts gefehlt, Mikrofaser Lappen, Küchentücher, Spülmittel, Seife......wirklich alles da, die Besitzer haben an alles gedacht.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Alcudia

Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out waren wir vollumfänglich zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietungsbüro war zu jeder Zeit unkompliziert und schnell. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt am Hafen von Alcudia. Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Great location & fab views

What you see is what you get and this was exactly the case with this apartment. As a family of 5 with 3 teenagers we wanted somewhere that would give us the space but also the option to pop into Port Alcudia for the shops, beach and drinks. This apartment gave us all of that. It was clean, spacious and well appointed with a lovely selection of drinks in the fridge when we arrived as well as a welcome note. The kitchen had everything you needed for eating in and the supermarket was just down the road for provisions. As well as the beach at Alcudia we also walked 20 minutes the other way to Alcanada which is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. Would we stay there again, definitely yes!
