    Sito en primera línea de la Playa del Puerto de Alcúdia, de arena blanca y fina.

    Tiene una capacidad para 3 personas, con dos dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro con una cama individual; ambos con aire acondicionado.

    Salón comedor con cocina abierta y equipada, tv satélite, wifi y aire acondicionado.



    Desde el porche se accede a un solarium privado con expectaculares vistas y cómodos sofás para relajarse con la brisa del mar.

    Disponible para los clientes, piscina comunitaria y piscina infantil enfrente de la playa.

    Ubicación perfecta, está en el corazón del puerto, cercano a todo, a taxis, tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes.

    Alcúdia, situado al nordesde de Mallorca, Municipio Ecoturístico con 30 km de costa de gran diversidad paisajística.

    Se hallan bonitas playas de blanca y fina arena, escarpados acantilados y recónditas calas de impresionante belleza.

    Ideal para los amantes de la naturaleza con extensas rutas para hacer excursiones.

    Alcúdia es una ciudad medieval amurallada que a pocos metros del casco antiguo, junto a la Iglésia de Sant Jaume,

    se puede disfrutar de la ruta cultural a la Ciudad Romana de Pollentia,fundada el año 123 a.C.,

    ruta que nos llevará a los lugares más interesantes que se conservan de tiempos de los romanos en la Alcúdia actual.

Appartement très beau et en parfait état. Idéalement placé. Hotte très réactif. Seul point dommage, les photos de la piscine ne correspondent pas à la réalité. La piscine n est pas bien entretenue. Le reste est top 👍

En toppenläget med, enligt oss, bästa läget i hamnen! Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse. Lyxigt med både balkongen och den privata solterassen en trappa upp med fin utsikt över hamnen och vattnet.

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location. The apartment was exactly as described and we thoroughly enjoyed the roof terrace, especially when the kids had gone to bed. The host is extremely responsive and helpful

Great apartment in central location

Great central location for Alcudia, modern decoration, home from home feeling, lovely terrace with views across the beach and port. Peaceful apartment to relax in. The apartment management and owner were rapid in responding to any questionsissues. There was no apartment manual to indicate where the rubbish needed to be disposed of, and no rubbish collection facilities outside of the apartmentin the nearby street. There was a sewage smell at a certain point of the flat, but I think this was due to the heat, overall age of the building - the owner came out straight away to try and resolve the issue.

Die direkte Strandlage mit dem Sonnendeck hat was besonderes !

Selbst an Heiligabend hat die Gastgeberin dafür gesorgt, dass die Kaffeemaschine ausgetauscht und der Fernseher repariert worden ist! Klasse! Die direkte Strandlage mit dem Sonnendeck hat was besonderes !

Merveilleux

Merveilleux séjour en famille à Alcudia Sea chez Mariana et Marina. L appartement est beau, très agréable et fonctionnel, et quel plaisir de pouvoir profiter des terrasses vue sur mer ! Super endroit pour rayonner dans les environs, la côte rocheuse est magnifique et Palma n est qu à 45 minutes. Nous recommandons !

The apartment was lovely and was exactly like the description said it was. It was located right across from the beach with a beautiful balcony and rooftop terrace. It was very clean, bright, and a joy to stay in. We had lovely meals sitting on the balcony. The host was friendly and very quick to respond when we had questions. We would stay here again!

The appartment was light, clean and with a really nice view

The appartment was light, clean and with a really nice view. The pool area was also clean but the sunbeds were really worn out. In the appartment the bed was confortable and all in all everything worked. We went biking and hiking and those experiences were exceptionnally good!

Fabulous apartment and the location is perfect

Fabulous apartment and the location is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more. The roof terrace offers exceptional views but we couldn’t really use it with small children. We’d certainly recommend!

En fantastisk, veludstyret og lys lejlighed. Tæt på shopping, by, havn og strand. Og alligevel stille område aften og nat. Dejlig privat balkon og tagterrasse. Og fin fælles pool med solsenge. Virkelig servicemindet host. Svarede hurtig og venligt. Meget nemt med bus til/fra lufthavnen Min varmeste anbefaling.

Das Apartment ist sehr nah am Meer gelegen und hat eine große Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick, die zum verweilen einlädt. Wir hatten im Mädelsurlaub zu dritt ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung. Marina war immer für uns ansprechbar und hat super schnell geantwortet :)

Ein wunderschönes kleines Apartment

Ein wunderschönes kleines Apartment sehr zentral gelegen. Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (gegenüber). Tolle Bars und Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse ist traumhaft schön. Sobald man alle Fenster und Türen geschlossen hatte, hat man nachts nichts von dem abendlichen Trubel mitbekommen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer schnell zu erreichen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen und selbst auch wieder buchen!

Traumhafter Urlaub in einem traumhaften Appartement

Beste Lage direkt am Strand im Zentrum von Port Alcudia. Direkt neben dem Haus gab es viele Möglichkeiten: Supermärkte, Strand, Restaurants, diverse Geschäfte. Der Blick direkt auf die Bucht und das Meer ist super. Die Wohnung ist klasse eingerichtet. Küche komplett. 2 Schlafzimmer - eines mit Meerblick. Eine super Dachterrasse mit Blick über Alcudia und Meer. Kann man nur empfehlen.
