Situated at the ground floor of the Apartments Bona Platja. This apartment has a long terrace with a BBQ.
Located in the centre frontline of Alcudia beach. also we offer you a ground floor with a large private terrace the apartment has 3 bedrooms, one with doublebed, one with twinbeds, and last one with single bed, two full bathrooms (one in suite), livingroom with tv.sat, wiffi , kitchen fully equipped: vitroceramic, microwave, fridge, coffemachine, kettle, toaster, washing-machine.dishwasher
the apartment has 2 air conditionings ,central heating and garage. The perfect Apartment for a family self-catering holidays.
The communal swimming pool of another Apartments , situated at 300m from the apartments, is available for our guests.
The electricity is extra 0.45€/kw which will be collected on check out date.

Wonderful Alcudia Location

Apartment was bright and clean. The host greeted us and check-in was very easy. The location was great as right on beachfront. Port just a short walk away and bus to old town was very convenient. Plenty of space for 5 adults but just not enough hot water for everyone to enjoy a warm shower each evening which our teenagers were disappointed about.

Très agréable avec beaucoup d espace pour 5 personnes à l intérieur comme l extérieur. Les transats et le barbecue sont un vrai plus. La plage à proximité est un super atout

God beliggenhed

Fin lejlighed til familie på 4-5 personer, lidt slidt inventar, dejlig terrasse godt køkken.dårligt wifi. Super tæt på lækker børnevenlig strand. Da vi kom blev vi bekendt med at vi skulle betale for forbrug af el, hvilket ikke havde stået i beskrivelsen af lejemålet, fik hjælp af Vrbo hvor jeg havde bestilt lejligheden og jeg fik ret i at jeg ikke skulle betale da det først var senere der var kommet forbrug af el på 0,6 €, pr kilowatt hvilket betyder at det bliver ret dyrt når der kører blæser dag og nat p.g.a varmen og vaskemaskinen og opvaskemaskine , er i gang. Så er det efter min mening alt for dyrt i forhold til kvaliteteten .

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Alcuia

Eine sehr nah am Strand gelegene Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Es war sogar ein TG Platz vorhanden so war das Auto immer kühl untergebracht. Die Nähe zum Strand und zu den umgeben Lokalen ist optimal. Nach Alcudia Altstadt haben wir immer das Auto genommen. Der Strand von Alcudia ist wunderschön und insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden evtl. wieder hierher kommen.

Très beau séjour

L’appartement est calme et idéalement situé à côté de la plage et de la ville. On peut tout faire à pied ! La plage est immense et malgré l’affluence touristique, tout le monde y trouve sa place.

Erholung pur!

Es handelt sich bei dem Objekt um eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick (nicht aufs Meer aber trotzdem schön) und einer sehr schönen großen Terrasse. In der Küche ist alles, was man sich wünscht und auch die Betten sind sehr bequem. Fällt man aus der Tür, ist man schon am Strand und hat trotzdem seine Ruhe. Herrlich! Jederzeit wieder!

Super Lage & toller Aufenthalt

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Die Nähe zum Strand ist besonders mit Kindern unschlagbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist extrem freundlich & hilfsbereit (der Warmwasserboiler war kaputt und es wurde sofort reagiert & Ersatz beschaffen). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - vielen Dank

Fantastisk beliggenhed

Super fantastisk beliggenhed lige ved stranden som vi ønskede os. Lejligheden er pæn og ren og vi har nydt det. Miquel er en fantastisk vært som er meget behjælpelig hvis man har ønsker eller spørgsmål. Eneste lille ting vi kunne tænke os er at der kom nogle lounge møbler på terrassen. Det kunne man godt gøre lidt hyggeligere og udnytte bedre.

Nära till pool och strand. Gångavstånd till affärer och restauranger. Bra utrustat kök om man behöver laga mat. Garage fanns i anknytning till bostaden. Trevlig terass med bakgård utrustad med bord,stolar och solstolar. Allt gott och trevlig värd! Vi kommer att Återvända…

Fantastic stay

Where to start? Right from when the initial booking process started to the end of the holiday, it was an absolute pleasure dealing Katy Mary. Vicent couldn’t have made check in/out easier. The apartment is fantastic, spacious, clean and well stocked. The most special part is its location on the beach and what a beach. Fine white sand and beautifully clear, warm water. Highly recommend!

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Alles sehr sauber, ausreichend ausgestattet (Teller, Besteck... umfangreich vorhanden). Ausstattung entspricht den Angaben (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Handtücher etc. alles vorhanden und sehr sauber). Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer, hierüber lassen sich aber auch die anderen Zimmer mit runterkühlen. Wie beschrieben liegt die Wohnung nicht zum Meer gerichtet, sondern im hinteren Teil des Hauses. Von der großen teilweise überdachten Terrasse kann man aber das Meer sehen (20 Meter bis zum Strand). Vermieter war super freundlich und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!!!

Excellent location, great hosts. Hard to beat

Visited for 1 week, 3 adults and 2 children, aged 5. Fantastic location, strp outside the door and a few strps to the fantaatic beach. Made use of the Sunwing Alcudia Beach pool, no problems. Everything in the apartment that is needed, host excellent, communication good. We were allowed to stay until 6pm on day of departure instead of 10am which was fantastic, and so convenient. No extra charge. Apartment clean and pleasant. Lovely large terrace area. Would return again. Thank you.

The best holidays we've never had!!

We are a big family so we have three children, and we spent in the apartment 2 weeks. It is located in front of a huge beach and so near to supermarkets, restaurants and a lot of shops. It was perfect for us and our children because we could enjoy our holidays without renting a car. Also we went to the habour, which is so near by foot. The apartment is well equiped and has a big garden with a barbacue with beach views. All the rooms are so luminous because each one has a window as the kitchen and the living room. We recommend everybody to go to this apartment and to spend there holidays in Mallorca. Thank you Katy and Miguel for your hospitality.

Good quality apartment great location and terrace, helpful owners

Two adults, two 18 year olds and a 5 year old stayed here for a week and with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and good outside space it was just right for us to relax and spread out without getting in the way. The apartment is in good condition, nothing amazing or luxurious but met all our needs, all worked well and was comfortable and well located. well equipped kitchen for all our breakfast lunch and occasional dinner. Would be good to have some oils / coffee / spices etc as we have found at other rentals as we had to buy all from scratch. Also some extra pillows / cushions would have given extra comfort. Great location just seconds from the beach, near plenty of shops. 10 mins walk to the central port area with good restaurants cafes and shops (we liked Manolo's for good tapas and service) and a few mins the other direction to more cheap and cheerful bars and restaurants English style curries etc. The beach was amazing for us, shallow safe and warm sea in the bay, so spent many hours here. Also worth getting a car as its abuut the same price as travel.from the airport and allows some day trips out - Alcudia old town is about a mile away but far enough to make worth a bus / driving. Tuesday morning market was great. Also look for the Museo sa Bassa Blanca a great sculpture park/ gallery in the hills past Alcudia. Catalina and Miguel were great hosts, easy to get hold of prior to arrival and during our stay. The DVD player had bee removed as not working but on inquiring Miguel dropped a new one round next day which was great for entertaining the younger ones on our rare evenings in. They were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here as great all round apartment and location for our needs.
