Completely disorganised with lack of clear communication and no acknowledgement of disruption and no apology received. Cannot comment on this property, we stayed elsewhere. "The location of the hotel is very central and within a 5 minute walk to the main shopping strip in Albury. The hotel room was ok however definitely needs a more thorough clean in the bathroom as there was mould around the bath. Close to all the attractions you need and a great place to base yourself out of!"

"Plenty of space for big family to relax and enjoy together. The beds and couches were comfortable and kitchen area very functional. It was nice to have a courtyard but it needs a spuce up to make it look less neglected. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and provided plenty of supplies, condiments, tea/coffee etc to make our stay comfortable. Lovely area of Albury and great to have park, playground and oval across the road to walk our pet. Will definitely come back to stay when...
