"Accessible bathroom floor got totally soaked when showering. Room quite noisy from other guests, especially in the room above stomping up and down. Hoppa bus didnt turn up at 4.45am, so im really glad we decided to get the 5.15am one."

"The staff were great and very helpful with information and tips. The room was clean and the sizeable bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a couple of issues though. The sink would not hold the water and the shower wand would not hold its position. Not deal breakers but annoying. "

"Bedrooms look really tired and the room was not large enough for 3 adults. Despite booking for 3 people not enough towels. The shower dripped water continuously so you had the sound of dripping water all night and the TV had no signal. Very disappointed with our room compared to last year’s stay."

"This used to be my school until 1982 and it has been lovingly restored into a beautiful hotel with great amenities in amazing grounds. Ample parking and a safe environment leads to a peaceful and relaxing stay. "

"I ordered room service which took 45 mins . The hot soup i ordered was cold! I requested coke zero , unfortunately regular coke sent. I had to wait again for it. So room service was horrible!"

"Lovely room with comfortable bed. Very friendly and professional staff. Could do with hot plates for hot breakfast and disappointing coffee but otherwise super breakfast with cold and hot buffet. Book a bed and breakfast room if you will require breakfast. Restaurant food prices expensive. "

"All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size but looked very worn-out. Only one bath towel when we got there, but to be fair they gave us another one and apologised about it. The breakfast was OK but nothing special. The room was cheap enough though so quite good value for money and we would probably stay again "

"Breakfast was ok but lacked fresh fruit, the property needs a refresh and fridges in the bedrooms (although one was supplied on request) No air con but that's normal for the UK. The room was clean and the sports bar was ok - spacious and quick service with pool tables and tvs to watch sport. Driving range and tennis courts were fun and there are outdoor spaces to sit and relax"

"Nice location, in the deep of Surrey AONB but that’s where it ends. The building itself is dated and needs modernising. It’s great as somewhere to lay your head. Small bathroom, thin pillows and duvets. "
