2 bedrooms tastefully styled with quality linen, with Queen Beds/double wardrobes with full length mirror doors.
Suitable for Couples, families, corporate stays, work trips and those here for treatment at the base hospital/ cancer centre.
Walking distance to Bunnings, Harvey Norman complex, Albury Base, IGA and Newmarket Hotel.

Welcome and enjoy your stay, when checking out please wash all dishes wipe down benches and dispose of rubbish in the correct bins, then put out in the bins at the side this is very important in our region as we have a 3 bin system, if you are staying on a Sunday night please put the bins out the front, please refer to the info provided in the kitchen on how to separate the Rubbish all bins are there for you and are labeled.

*If you are smoking please keep this to outside and dispose of your buts in the outside red lined bin.

*This is your home away from home so please adhere to these house rules so that all future guests can enjoy there stay.

*If you have time and remember please pop all towels, tea towels and washers in the machine and turn on, if not please pop in the basket. Thank you

*Make sure to pop the key back in the lock box and turn off heating, lights, tv and cooling.

* The cleaning fee includes changing over linen and towels as well as laundering them, it also includes sweep/ mop and dusting as well as cleaning the bathroom and toilet.

*It does not include cleaning up the dishes, mess after cooking and rubbish you have used whilst staying, cleaners are on a limited schedule if this schedule goes over because of excess rubbish removal and cleaning up after your meal prep & dishes an extra fee will apply.

*Dogs are most welcome to stay .
However please follow these guidelines
* Please under no circumstance are they to be let in the bedrooms.
*Please do not allow them on the furniture
* You are required to bring bedding for them
* Welcome to sleep them inside in the garage.
* Please do not leave inside unattended
* Pick up after your dog, droppings can be placed in the green bags and put directly into the green bin.

* If they do have an accident inside please clean it up, the appropriate cleaning products can be found under the kitchen sink.

* Extra fees will apply if these simple house rules are not followed.

This home was the perfect location for us to stay near my family that lives locally. It was mostly a comfortable stay. We were very disappointed with the security in the home. No deadlocks to doors, most windows could not be locked. The evaporative cooling was very efficient, but it requires ventilation. It was unnerving leaving bedroom windows open and unlocked, particularly as the property backs onto a laneway. A relatively easy fix to make this a lovely place.

Convenient to hospital

If you need somewhere to stay close to Albury Base Hospital, this is the place for you. In easy walking distance.There is also a large dog park with agility course three blocks away.Pleasant, quiet place to stay. Given east-west orientation, morning sun hits the lounge and afternoon sun hits the bedrooms. Needed to use air to make the space comfortable. Would be very welcome in mid-winter!

Lovely bright unit

Had a little trouble finding the place as we arrived after dark and it’s on a service road (combination problem of me and gps😏) but once we found it we discovered a bright, fresh, cosy unit. Good communication by Nicole. Close to shops (and the hospital if you need it) and an easy drive to family we came to see. One step up to enter which was manageable for mum who has mobility issues.

Property lovely and peaceful BUT garage is dangerous to open door u enter house garage has NO light inside so you can’t we the step down, my wife has disabled foot and didn’t see step either and slipped off and hurt herself so wasted two days of our trip she could barely walk. I was fine I slipped but it’s dangerous and the shower is shocking you can’t regulate it to warm it’s either boiing hot or damn cold. We left a day early we had enough . Won’t go back, nice place but didn’t enjoy our trip much

Albury Stop Over

First impressions...it was marvellous!! Bonus was the use of the garage as we were travelling with precious cargo. I loved that it wasn't facing the street and was really private and room for two cars. My dog loved the small backyard and that Nicole had bowls for her to use. We were mighty thankful for the evap cooling and location of eating venues. Thank you Nicole for a relaxing and stress free stop over on our way to Tasmania.

Perfect for what we needed

Unit was great and had all we needed. The gas heating was a blessing! Beds were surprisingly comfy. We couldn't get Netflix to work but it didn't really matter. Thanks for having us!
