The space
Welcome to our home away from home!

3 bedrooms + loft, 2 full bathrooms. We are 1 mile away from the community lake with a playground, pool, beach, tennis courts, basketball courts, and paddle board rentals! Lake is open for fishing with a PA fishing license.

Our cabin can sleep comfortably up to 8 guests.

We have a fireplace, game room, hot tub, patio chairs, grill, and more!

An open floor plan between the living room, dining room, and kitchen allows you to spend time with your loved ones. The dining table has seating for 8. We have a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Our kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utensils.

Each room has its own individual thermostat with baseboard heating. We also have A/C units in each bedroom and one for the common living room. This is amazing in the summertime!

There are three bedrooms. Two upstairs and one downstairs. Each room has a full-size bed. There is also a sofa couch on the loft that folds out.

There are two full bathrooms. Upstairs has a bathtub/shower and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. Please bring your own shower gels and soaps.

The game room is heated. There is a ping pong table, large TV, and lots of fun board games.
Other things to note
There are 3 exterior ring cameras outside. One is located at the top left in front of the house. One is located at the top front of the shed. One is located on a tree towards the back of the yard near the shed. These cameras are all visible and are not hidden. We use them for security purposes. There are NO cameras inside of the house.

The minimum age to rent is 25 and the maximum number of occupants is 8. Booking guest must stay at the house. Our house cannot be used as a party house. If at any time security gets called for loudness or disturbance, you will be subject to a $1,000 fine and your trip may be canceled.

No Trash may be left outside at any time of your stay. Trash must be dropped off at the trash/recycle center before you leave. (Will provide address and hours). If any trash is left behind or is not dumped appropriately it will result in part or all of your security deposit to be forfeited.

No fires are allowed. There has been a firepit ban effective as of August 2022. Firepit is unavailable for all guests.

No Pets allowed.

Quiet hours are 9PM-9AM. Speed limit is strictly enforced. As per community guidelines, guests are required to read and sign the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct before gaining access. Any fines incurred for violating community rules will be renters' responsibility.

Each guest will receive a wristband for the clubhouse to be able to use the amenities (pool, beach/lake, courts) You will receive a maximum is 8 wristbands. Children under 5 do not need any wristbands. No extra passes can be purchased. No lost passes will be replaced.

The driveway can accommodate 6 cars (no street parking). There is a smart lock to enter the property. The host will send a code at check-in.

Guests should provide their own paper products

A guest registration form will have to be filled out. This will include the full name and age of each guest as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community.
