"In the process of potentially being refunded.Place is very run down and dirty.Walkway to front door had ice build up. Owner is very nice to deal with, but their cleaning crew, and maintenance person need to be replaced.Ended up spending 10 minutes in the place, called owner up to tell him booked a local hotel that was amazing and cost less.Also it is in a HOA and you need to sign extra paperwork and receive passes to stay there which is not exactly in the listing."

Sleeps 14 guests- seating to suit only about 6-8 people.Upon arrival- sheet of ice leading up to door entry way and steps to enter the house. Very challenging / dangerous/ and inconsiderate for unloading and getting children into the home. One roll of paper towels provided for 12 guests, 3 day stay. One of the questions asked prior to arrival if paper products would be provided. ...
