"The staff were lovely. However the hotel is tired and needs updating. The toilet didn’t work in the room. There were fingerprints on the furniture and the tiling grout etc was tired. Breakfast was good and the lobby area is nice but the room itself was disappointing"

"Spoke english, but got very defensive when any issues were brought to thier attention. Bathroom shower in the ceiling was dripping water out towards drywall and destroying the drywall.
