"Everything was great, the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the TV had no channels and was in German when we first switched it on. We rang down to reception twice and had two visits from different staff members to try and fix the issue, the first doing nothing at all to help. In the end I just used google lens' translate setting to firstly find out how to change the language to English, then to tune the TV to get channels to appear. Apart from that ridiculous, and I imagine quite rare...

"During my stay I interacted with at least 7 or 8 staff members, in all honesty only 2 of them did make us feel welcome and smiled. The others just looked like they didn’t want to be there and were extremely unfriendly,
The hotel is situated in a decent place but really needs some TLC. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast get up at all and that would be the second biggest reason. I wouldn’t return to this hotel.
