"Its a cute little place but doesnt have a kitchen. It has fridge, microwave, and electric burner but no sink. This was an issue as I was traveling with toddlers and had to go to bathroom to wash sippy cups and bottles. Hot water was limited. It only got slightly past luke warm for a shower. I think host lives above unit and they might share a hot water heater. Host was responsive in communication. "

"This little oasis was exactly what I was needing for a work trip into Albany. The check in process was very simple, the set up was so cute - including a little feeding station for my pup who came with me, well stocked and well situated in the area. I've already told multiple people if they ever need a rental while in the area that I would share the info for this one. Only negative would be the heater was a little difficult to navigate the first night (equal parts user error)."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Little House on Ferry very much! Mary checked in with us shortly after we arrived to see if everything was ok & again during our stay. The location is very quiet, we loved the walk- in shower, the bed was great, and the living room was comfortable & relaxing. Everything was very clean & it was a great place for us to have some quiet after spending busy days at our son's house."

"The host cancelled my stay less than 24 hours before my planned check in. I had previously stayed there in February and was satisfied so I booked again for June and another in July. The host sent me a VRBO message, not even a call or text the evening prior to my arrival and informed me of the cancellation. The explanation given was that a long term tenet of 9 months was unable to vacate. This was clearly false as they obviously didn’t remember that I had stayed there just 4 months earlier. ...
