The room had mosquitos, which is fine as a I know it's mosquito season in Jeddah now, but I asked housekeeping to come spray the room, and they didn't. I called a second time and they said they'd come and they still didn't show up. When we arrived at 7pm one of our three rooms wasn't ready. On top of all of that, housekeeping entered both my room and my mothers...

Abbiamo prenotato la junior suite per 2 notti, le lenzuola erano sporche, avevamo asciugamani di pessima qualità solo per 1 persona, lil giorno dopo non hanno pulito la camera fino a nostro reclamo ed hanno lasciato in stanza le lenzuola rimosse. Per tutto il periodo non abbiamo avuto acqua calda nella doccia. Staff operativo...

"I rented the room which is cheaper than the others on the same area, the room are spacious, clean and quiet, the location In my opinion is the best in Jeddah, It is near the Corniche and also to some of the biggest malls, there are fastfoods like Kudu nearby and you can have many choices along the Falasteen St., which is close to the hotel. I found my stay in the hotel comfortable and all the staff are helpful and friendly. "

"The hotel we booked for Jeddah showed up as hotels on Falestine Street which is the area I wanted to stay in. But it was an apartment and it was not on Falestine Street it was much further away so this ruined our holiday and plans and cost a lot in taxis.
