"We had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Al Salam, would highly recommend. The staff are attentive and kind, the hotel is clean and very-well managed, the room was spacious and very comfortable. Ma chambre était plutôt vétuste mais propre. Belle vue.
Personnel très froid, pas assez proactif pour un hôtel de ce niveau. Aucune proposition, on ne se sent pas forcément le bienvenu. La réception et le concierge ne répondent pas au téléphone ou ligne en panne."

"Everything was great during my stay! The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The only minor downside was the mosquitoes if windows were left open, or when doors were kept open during housekeeping!! They definitely find their way in. With that being said, it didn’t take away from an excellent experience. We truly loved everything about this place! Perfect location, great amenities, and an outstanding team at IHG! "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Firstly the room was massively big, very clean and the aircon was great. The staff are very helpful and it is a short walk from the fountain. I’d like to thank the staff and stayed in a big apartment with separate living room and late checkout. I hope to return and want to thank the staff. "
