Welcome to our charming 45m² apartment, ideal for enjoying the lively atmosphere of Aix-en-Provence city centre.
Located in a pedestrian street, it offers easy access to the city's many shops, restaurants, bars and attractions.
It is a stone's throw from the town hall square and its famous market.
Nestled on the 2nd floor without a lift in a building in the historic centre, you only need to climb a few more steps to reach this comfortable and practical pied-à-terre.
Our accommodation includes:
- A living room: A cosy space with a sofa bed, television and wifi included in the price. The windows are double glazed.
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room with a hob, all kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave and Senséo coffee maker.
- A bathroom with a bath, washing machine, toilet and shower.
- One bedroom: with a large double bed, storage space and a desk area.
On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):
- Washing powder and cleaning products
- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)
- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
All household linen is provided (sheets and towels).

By car
The centre of Aix-en-Provence is mainly pedestrianised and the street is located in a lively area. It is recommended to park in a nearby public car park.
The nearest car parks:
**Parking Rotonde** (about 5 minutes' walk)
- **Parking Bellegarde** **Parking Carnot**, also accessible in a few minutes on foot.
The cheapest is the Brunet park-and-ride car park, 3 km away (it will cost €3.50 per day: this covers parking for the car + the bus journey for passengers to the centre).
By bus
The Aix-en-Provence bus station is well served by bus networks, particularly the lines that serve the city centre. From the station, it is only about a 10-minute walk to the accommodation.
By train
If you arrive by train, from the Aix TGV station, you can take a shuttle to the Aix-en-Provence bus station, then walk or take a bus to the historic centre.

Loudest street in Aix
Apartment is located on noisiest street in Avignon. 50 or more people congregated directly on our street to smoke and party until 4am each night we were there (Thursday and a Friday). There was a lot of yelling. In the morning, there was broken glass, garbage and cigarette butts still on the street. Also the resident above our floor smoked and the smoke came directly into our apartment since she was sitting by her bedroom window which was directly above our bedroom window. We tried keeping the windows open to cool down the apartment but the smoke and noise was too much. We closed the bedroom window but still heard the noise and smelled the smoke. The place itself was equipped with two bath towels, one kitchen towels, and one full toilet paper roll (with a little extra on another roll). I would recommend only young people who like to party and smoke book this apartment.

Fab location!!
It's an old building in an old part if centre-ville, not modern or luxurious, so have reasonable expectations. It is clean and has all you need for a short stay. Shower is small, water is hot!! Bed is comfy and fair amt of closet space. Near carpark, 10 mins to la gare. Hoppin' part of centre-ville.
