The Space:

The house features a well-designed layout, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The open-plan living and dining area provides a comfortable space for gatherings, with a large TV for entertainment. Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the house. The master bedroom and a second queen bedroom are air-conditioned for your comfort. Enjoy the outdoors on the spacious verandah, complete with a BBQ for grilling. The house is fully screened and includes a laundry for your convenience. Cool off in the refreshing pool, adding to the enjoyment of your holiday. The property includes:

Guest Access:

You will be given access instructions 48hrs from arrriva It is advisable to arrive in daylight hours as we have alot of wildlife in our town.



The Neighborhood:

Please be mindful of the 80km/h speed limit, as this area is home to numerous kangaroo families. Additionally, the property utilizes tank water, so we kindly request that you conserve water during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that parking for vehicles and boats should be kept off the grass area near the house. For your safety and the safety of others, glass is strictly prohibited in the pool area. We recommend bringing insect repellent. Bin collection is on Monday mornings; please place your bins across the road on Sunday evenings. Recycling is collected on alternate weeks. The pool is maintained before and after your stay; please do not adjust any pool equipment, as extra charges may apply. Kindly refrain from entering the pool with sand on your body and ensure the water level remains above the skimmer box.
