Villa Queen Solaris, with its two levels connected by an internal staircase, offers a modern and functional environment, where the generous spaces have been designed to guarantee maximum comfort.

Leaving the outdoor area, you are welcomed by the open-plan space on the upper floor. The living room, with its large sofas, and the dining area are immersed in a bright atmosphere, thanks to large windows that offer splendid views of the sea. The modern style and essential design are reflected in the well-kept furnishings and clean lines, creating a space that guarantees a fluid continuity between indoors and outdoors.

The kitchen is designed in a functional way to guarantee practicality thanks to the presence of state-of-the-art appliances.

On the same level, there is the sleeping area which houses three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
Some of these rooms also offer direct access to the villa's outdoor area.

The lower floor is reached via an internal staircase that connects directly to a second living room, also characterized by a large lounge area and a dining area, as well as a further kitchen, which, although smaller in size, is autonomous and functional.

We also find two further double bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, both air-conditioned, like the rest of the rooms in the villa.
This area of the property can also be reached via a further independent external access.
