The fully equipped villa offers a beautiful view of the marina. It features 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 9 people, as well as lovely outdoor areas with sun loungers, a swimming pool and a hot tub. All this is close to the centre of Cap d’Agde (a 10–15-minute walk).

The property is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
A large, light-filled living area with an open-plan kitchen, fitted with an American-style fridge, oven, dishwasher, hob and Senseo coffee machine…
A central island for meals, a spacious lounge with two corner sofas and a TV, as well as a dining area.
A master bedroom (with access to the garden) featuring a queen-size bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom (bath and walk-in shower, washbasin).
A bedroom adjoining the master suite: the nursery, with a cot and a chest of drawers
A separate toilet
A utility room with a washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board (on request).

Upstairs:
A bedroom with a queen-size bed and a TV
A bedroom (one sleeping area divided into two): a bedroom with two 90cm single beds + an area with one 90cm single bed
A small bedroom overlooking the marina with a double sofa bed
A bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet.

For added comfort, the owners have chosen to invest in the following equipment: an extra cot, a high chair, an iron and ironing board, a blender, an electric whisk, a Nespresso coffee machine and board games.

- A lovely wooden terrace with a dining table and a small drinks area, alongside a beautiful garden with shock-absorbing flooring and deckchairs
- A heated swimming pool available from April to October, as well as a year-round heated jacuzzi and a barbecue.

Neighbourhood:
Boasting an exceptional location, this villa is situated on a small, private and secure island with access to a small pebble beach and a lovely shaded park.
It is a 10–15-minute walk from the port of Cap d’Agde, with its restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, shops and main high street, as well as 10 minutes from Luna Park and its nightclubs, and 10 minutes from Richelieu Beach.

Transport:
You have access to 2 private parking spaces, including a charging point for electric vehicles, as well as storage for your bicycles.

Other notes:
- We have additional properties available in this complex if you need to accommodate several families or groups of friends in the same place. We offer the following properties: Ares, Zephyr, Artemis, Le Littoral and Dionysos. Each property can be booked separately.
- Bed linen can be provided on request at an additional cost of €10 per person. Towels are not provided.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €20 per stay (only one pet permitted); please specify this when booking.
- Since August 2026, the accommodation has been managed by a new property management company.
