The accommodation comprises

- A 12 m² south-west-facing terrace with garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Richelieu beach, where you can enjoy a wide range of water sports including paddle boarding, jetskiing and water sports... 2.5 km away.
- Cap d'Agde international golf course, 1.5 km (14-minute walk)
- La Conque beach 1.5 km away
- Le Môle beach 450m away
- Take a boat trip to visit the Fort Brescou marine reserve, the coast and sail up the Hérault to the heart of the historic town of Agde.
- Discover the town of Sète, 25 km away (31 minutes by car).

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the rue de la Courette (cul-de-sac). There is also a large free covered car park 250 m from the residence, and recharging points for electric vehicles are available.
