Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square
The room was clean. But there was no heat and it was freezing. We got creative and used a hair dryer to stay warm. There was one night that there was this smell permeating from somewhere else. The smell reminded me of the sewer. The odor was stromg. Also, I heard one of the guests say she was stuck ...

The day I was traveling with my baby, the hotel called me to confirm my reservation by having me pay for the room over the phone. I told then I didn't feel comfortable and that I had selected to pay in person in the hotel room. She was rude and didn't like that I wouldn't pay but I read her my reservation ...

Kitchen and laundry facilities were convenient. However, sound insulation is quite poor—even small noises travel through the walls. There were frequent disturbances from running, stomping, late-night TV, and conversations.

The location felt safe and secure. Easy access to Broad street line to get to the sports complex. Go Phils!
