"We had a large family gathering to celebrate our daughter's wedding. We were a group of 9 rooms. The rooms were large, and very clean. The staff was so helpful, and tolerant of our large group. The breakfast was very popular with our children, and adults alike. Each day a new type of breakfast sandwich is featured which was unique and very tasty! Thank you!! We will return!"

"Lots of stairs! (But we knew that going in.) Stunning suite with many things to do within walking distance. Quiet, small village along the Fox river. Great little restaurant"The Village Squire" just across parking with outdoor seating and live music Saturday night... Great Food with reasonable pricing. Slight mixup (Expedia) with check in, but host corrected it immediately and was so very kind."

"The best thing about this hotel is Ismelda, the friendly and super-hardworking manager of the breakfast room. I hope she never retires. Next comes the food. An impressive breakfast spread, from oatmeal with your choice of toppings to bacon and eggs and sausage with toast or bagels and fresh fruit. And all free! The hotel itself is beginning to show its age a bit, with faucets that stick a little and a not-so-effective bathroom fan, but everything is clean and in good repair, and you can't beat...
