The open-plan living area is anchored by a six-seater sofa bed and ottoman—perfect for lounging, movie nights, or accommodating extra guests, with the sofa bed available to be set up upon request. A TV, entertainment unit, and air conditioning make it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Nearby, a four-seater dining table invites relaxed dinners or doubles as a practical workspace. Step outside to a private alfresco area, where an undercover dining setting and BBQ create the perfect spot for outdoor meals, alongside a grassy patch ideal for kids to play or for soaking up the sun.

Two bedrooms offer calm retreats, each featuring a queen-sized bed, a mirrored wardrobe, and a ceiling fan. Soft bedside lighting ensures a relaxing end to the day. The sleek bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity, mirror, and toilet. A laundry with a washing machine, sink, iron, and drying rack makes extended stays simple.

There is on-site parking for one vehicle in the driveway.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
