An ENTIRE 1 bedroom cottage ALL to yourself on Vincent Street, nestled between the leafy parklands of South Terrace and the vibrant Adelaide Central Markets. Perfect for the weekender, business travellers or holiday makers alike, the cottage comes fully furnished with a private backyard deck, modern kitchen, and character-filled interiors. Just minutes to cafes, restaurants, the tram, and the best of Adelaide`s CBD, you’ll have the city at your doorstep while enjoying cosy, quiet charm.

This charming city-fringe cottage features 1 bedroom, 1 beautifully renovated bathroom and a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area. With fast WiFi, thoughtful heating throughout, and even a wine fridge, you can simply arrive and enjoy a comfortable, stylish stay.

Enter through the chic black gates and into a private hallway that welcomes you with warm timber floors and tasteful décor. The first door on the right leads to the inviting living room, where a cosy two-seater lounge and decorative armchair sit under vibrant artwork. A flat-screen TV and heating add extra comfort, while the character fireplace adds charm (note: it`s decorative only).

Next, the tranquil bedroom offers a restful retreat with a plush queen bed, full-length mirror, hanging space, TV, and a stylish décor chair. For your comfort, both a fan and heater are provided, making it perfect no matter the season.

The hallway flows into the heart of the home — the open-plan kitchen and dining area. Enjoy meals around the four-seater bench-style dining table, and cook with ease using the gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and exhaust fan. A small fridge and separate wine fridge keep all your essentials chilled, while a washing machine is also tucked neatly into the space. Heating ensures this room stays warm and inviting.

Just beyond the kitchen is a convenient storage nook for cleaning essentials, leading to the freshly renovated bathroom. Here you’ll find a modern vanity, toilet, and a sleek shower – all sparkling clean and designed for comfort.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

Great little house. Very clean. Everything provided and super close to restaurants, supermarket & St Andrew’s Hospital. A little inconvenient with roadworks happening immediately outside the house but unfortunate we happened to book right when work was in progress. Recommend this accommodation.
