Tucked into a quiet street just a five-minute walk from the beach, Sailors` Retreat offers a peaceful base while still keeping the coastline within easy reach. The main living area is spacious and inviting, with comfortable seating, ducted air conditioning, and plenty of room for everyone to settle in. A stationary bike is also available, perfect for keeping up with your routine while away. Just beyond, a second lounge creates a quieter retreat—ideal for reading, watching a film, or simply enjoying a slower pace.

At the centre of the home, the kitchen brings everything together with modern appliances, including an induction cooktop and coffee machine, along with generous bench space for easy meal preparation. The adjoining dining area offers a natural place to come together, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a long, relaxed dinner.

Outdoors, the covered alfresco extends your living space even further. Fire up the BBQ, dine in the open air with the comfort of a heater, or unwind with a drink while overlooking the pool. The private in-ground pool and surrounding garden create a peaceful, sun-soaked setting, with space to lounge, recharge, and enjoy the privacy of your own backyard retreat.

The layout is thoughtfully designed for comfort, with a queen bed in three bedrooms, including a generous main bedroom complete with ensuite and spa bath. A central bathroom with an enclosed toilet and deep bath services the rest of the home, while a full laundry adds everyday convenience. A dedicated study provides a quiet, well-lit space for work or reading when needed.

Off-street parking is available for two cars.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
