Positioned within a boutique building, the apartment opens into a calm, light-filled interior, where contemporary styling creates a relaxed yet polished atmosphere. The living area offers a comfortable place to unwind, complete with a large smart TV and soft seating. It flows out to the balcony, where alfresco dining and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ and wine fridge set the tone for laid-back entertaining or quiet moments outdoors.

The kitchen is practical and well-equipped, featuring modern appliances and a central island with bar seating for casual meals. A butler’s pantry keeps everything neatly organised, while a coffee machine adds a simple daily ritual. The adjacent dining area creates a welcoming setting for shared meals.

Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind and offers flexible bedding arrangements to suit a range of stays. The primary bedroom features a king bed that can be configured as two singles on request, along with its own TV, walk-in wardrobe, and private ensuite. The second bedroom also includes a king bed that can be arranged as two singles on request, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed in a calm, light-filled setting with access to a second balcony. The main bathroom includes both a bath and a separate shower, adding flexibility for groups.

A dedicated workspace provides a quiet area for focus, while a full laundry with a washer and dryer supports longer stays. Ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating maintain comfort year-round, and one secure off-street car park adds everyday convenience.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
