SUMMER BREEZE PETS WELCOME🏖️🌊

This lovely bungalow was fully renovated inside ten years ago and has everything you need to make you feel like your at home. Included is full heating and cooling. WIFI, NETFLIX, STAN and APPLE TV for your enjoyment. The gourmet modern kitchen and open plan entertaining area also opens out onto the backyard. Five mins walk to Grange jetty and 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants in Henley square. There is also public transport just at the end of the quiet street that takes you on a twenty minute ride straight into the heart of the city. Also a 10 minute cab ride from Adelaide Airport. The street is very quiet and the house has safe off street parking for up to 4 cars. There is security cameras outside the home to make you feel secure.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom has a king size WAVELESS WATERBED and 70 inch TV. The second bedroom has a double size bed, loads of hanging space and an ensuite with a bath, double shower and basins. The third bedroom has a double bedroom suit.

The back yard

A large size yard with lawn which is very secure for dogs. There is a large outdoor setting and a BBQ for great entertaining.

It took our breath away when we first walked into this property. We couldn’t believe how gorgeous it was, and especially for a dog friendly property! No expense spared in the fittings, the furniture, paintings, lights and all the decorations. We also really appreciated we weren’t met with a long list of rules about what we couldn’t do in the property - as responsible pet owners we will always take care to look after a property and some supposed pet friendly properties seem resentful that a pet is actually there! Julie has truly created a beautiful home that we felt immediately we could live in ourselves. My only slight concern was we didn’t love the huge waterbed (although looking at reviews others obviously love it), however there are double beds in the other two bedrooms.

Wonderful property and host

This property was perfect for what we needed. The dogs were safe and secure. Julie was fantastic with communication. It was easy to access, perfectly clean and comfortable. I loved the waterbed! Will definitely stay here every time we come to Adelaide.

Closeness to beach, walks, coffee and restaurnts

The house was just what we were expecting and more. Julie was a generous and friendly host who responded to all of my questions promptly. Tue property was so lovely and the location was just perfect for us to watch to the beach and get coffee each day. Henley beach itself is so close to Adelaide city and all of their attractions. We felt right at home the whole time. Could easily live here!

Winter Stay @ Summer Breeze

We had a wonderful holiday in Adelaide while staying at Summer Breeze with our fur baby. This gorgeous comfy house has everything you need for a great stay and the yard is so safe and well fenced. It is in the perfect location to head out to the Barossa, Adelaide Hills, Hahndorf, the city and down to Glenelg. Great location to the beach, cafes and many restaurants all of which are in walking distance. Julie is so helpful and responds very quickly to your needs.

Home away from home

Pet safe yard, fabulous first and last impression

Mum and I (and our 2 dogs) were very impressed with this stay in Henley Beach. It was a wow moment when we arrived, lights on for arriving at dusk, and complimentary wine and chocolates (thank you!) and we soon found it was very safe and set up for the dogs also, with a fully enclosed front and back yard, and automatic closing driveway gate (using a remote control). I swiftly moved some precious ceramic items in the entry hallway to safety from rambunctious pups on arrival. It was all easy and beautiful! We are only sad we didn’t plan to stay longer and make better use of the bath and beautiful fire, and outdoor recliners, which we enjoyed during our late Autumn visit. It was certainly a treat to stay here. Even though the water bed is a feature, and I used this room, I think I’d find more comfortable a regular bed with a quality mattress, Mum thought her bed was really comfortable. The third bedroom is a smaller bed and we didn’t use this one, but probably well suited for a younger one. The house is well appointed with lots of personal extras in the cupboards and fridge and freezer for use by guests, from food to everything you may possibly need. I was hesitant to turn the hot water temperature on (located in the bathroom with bath) and found it only after realising we had no hot water before going to bed. It didn’t take long though. Everything was gorgeous, comfortable and thoroughly relaxing and only needed a minimum of puppy proofing to enable me to. We are so grateful!

Wonderful house and location

A lovely house in a great location, just 500m to the beach and a short walk to the cafes and restaurants in Henley Square. We loved how well equipped the house was and it had everything we needed - kitchen and bathroom supplies in abundance. Julie was great to deal with and very accommodating. This property made our stay in Adelaide very relaxing and enjoyable.

Great house, great location

We had a fabulous 12 days in this well appointed beachside home with lovely open plan living & delightful garden, providing a very comfortable stay for 6 adults & the occasional hound. The weather was 30c+ every day so the easy access to the beach & Henley Square was much appreciated, as was the very efficient air conditioning throughout the home! Julie was very easy to communicate with, always responding quickly and clearly. Many thanks Julie.
