The Space:
This modern apartment features a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area, thoughtfully designed and fully equipped with “home away from home” essentials to suit most daily needs. There are two bedrooms, each fitted with a comfortable queen bed. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite and a dedicated workspace beside a small balcony, creating a lovely corner for work or study.
Guests will enjoy secure parking and a fob-access entry system, providing an extra layer of security throughout your stay. As a short-term stay guest, you’ll have access to the building’s pool and gym (please note that other shared facilities within the building are for residents only).
Located in the heart of the CBD, the apartment offers unbeatable convenience, with shops, dining, and attractions all within walking distance. Despite its central location, the apartment remains quiet and comfortable, situated on level nine with partial city views.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, along with shared building facilities such as the pool and gym. Other common facilities within the building are primarily for residents’ use only.
Please note that the pool and gym may occasionally be unavailable without prior notice due to regular maintenance or servicing. No compensation will be provided in the event that these facilities are temporarily unavailable.
The Neighborhood:
While you are in Adelaide we suggest you check out some of South Australia’s wine regions - winery tours are available to the Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills or McLaren Vale.
Glenelg Beach is a tram ride away – you can catch the tram at the opposite end of Rundle Mall (check out the shops as you walk there).
Adelaide Oval is only a tram ride away, so while you’re here see if there is a cricket match or footy game on!
Take the tram down to North Terrace and take in some history as you pass Adelaide University the art gallery and museum.
Adelaide has some great bars, microbreweries and Gin joints – well worth checking out!
Getting Around:

*China Town - 5 mins walking distance
*Gouged Street, the foodies paradise is just around the corner of your accommodation.
*Victoria Square/Free tram stop in Adelaide city - 9 mins walking distance
If you don’t mind walking a little bit more or getting on the free tram from Victoria Square, you could easily reach places such Rundle Mall, King William Street, Hindley Street, North Terrace.
*Rundle Mall: With global brands and local favourites, Rundle Mall is the heart of shopping, dining and entertainment in Adelaide.
*North Terrace: This mile-long avenue has a number of historical buildings, including an 1838 church, the colonial-era Ayers House and the Adelaide Casino in a restored 1920s railway station.
The popular attractions along North Terrace include the South Australian Museum, the Art Gallery of South Australia, the State Library of South Australia, Parliament House, Elder Park, River Bank and so much more.
Other Things to Note:
Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.
Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
