The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to leisurely evening dinners. The third bedroom includes two single beds, ideal for children or friends. A family bathroom with both a shower and bathtub adds convenience, while a separate laundry with a washer and dryer supports longer stays.

Central air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort. Off-street parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway. Additional free street parking is available nearby. Please note that the carport is not available for guest use.
