Getting Around:

By Car: • From Adelaide CBD: Driving to Clarendon takes about 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. • From Adelaide International Airport: The drive is approximately 27 kilometres and typically takes around 27 minutes. 



Other Things to Note:

* As stated in our listing, you will be asked to complete guest verification through Truvi, a third-party provider. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text. Please complete this prior to your stay to provide a smooth check-in.



* Please note our strict no noise and no parties policies, guests must avoid making loud noises, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.



* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.



* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
