From the moment you arrive, the home feels warm and considered, blending early-1900s character with fresh, contemporary touches. A welcoming entry hallway with bench seating invites you to drop your bags, slow down, and ease into the stay.

The living room is styled for comfort and connection, with soft seating, layered textures, heating and cooling, and thoughtful lighting that make it easy to unwind with a book, enjoy a movie, or simply relax at your own pace. The bright, functional kitchen is designed for effortless cooking and shared moments, with an island bench that keeps conversation flowing while meals come together. Dining extends into a light-filled, sunroom-style space—perfect for lingering breakfasts, long lunches, or board games as daylight filters in.

Outside, a private backyard comes into its own during warmer months, with an eight-seat outdoor table, umbrella and barbecue creating a relaxed setting for open-air dining and easy entertaining.

At the front of the home, the primary bedroom feels calm and restorative, featuring a plush queen bed, soft furnishings and a striking ornamental fireplace that adds timeless charm. The second bedroom is playful yet practical, ideal for younger guests or friends, with a bunk bed—single on top and double below—alongside games and toys for downtime. The bathroom includes a generous shower and vanity, while the toilet is conveniently located separately at the rear of the home. A discreet laundry is tucked away, well suited to longer stays.

This property is in close proximity to neighbours. Please be respectful and keep noise levels to a minimum between 11pm to 7am. Please make yourselves at home!

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
