The Space:

This one-bedroom apartment features a queen-size bed and comfortably accommodates up to two guests, making it ideal for business travellers or couples.



The apartment includes a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy city views. The internal layout is well defined, with separate living and dining areas that allow you to comfortably enjoy the entire space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with basic kitchenware, cookware, crockery and cutlery, making it easy to prepare simple meals during your stay. A dedicated dining area adds to the home-like feel, providing a practical and comfortable setting for both short and longer stays.

The public transportations are just cross the road. You could get on the free tram or free bus to explore the city of Adelaide. You will be amazed by the near by Adelaide Botanic Garden, Adelaide Zoo and Adelaide Central Market.



Getting Around:

Rundle Mall and Rundle Street are just a 2-minute walk away, offering a wide range of shopping, dining and entertainment options right at your doorstep.

Other Things to Note:

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.



Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Guest Verification: You may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in for verification purposes.



Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.



Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.



Welcome Amenities & Supplies: We provide a small welcome amenity pack to help you settle in comfortably at the start of your stay. For longer stays, or if additional items are needed beyond what is provided, guests are kindly requested to purchase these at their own expense.
