    The double French doors welcomes you through the light-filled living/dining/kitchen downstairs. As you walk on the carpeted stairs to the top floor, you are greeted with the views of the sea from the master bedroom with balcony.

    The ultimate beachside accommodation with sunset views and only a short walk directly to the beach. The playground offers hours of entertainment for young children undercover and a BBQ area for entertaining friends who drop by for a visit.

Just stunning

The place was just stunning and beautifully presented with modern bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen areas. The view was breathtaking and a stroll to the beach makes it perfect. Definitely recommend.

Great holiday house

Newly built, great view and convenient location, good price, comfortable stay. Would be perfect to have a dryer, basic cooking salt, pepper and oil, capsule coffee machine. Recommended stay.

Comfortable and Spacious

We really enjoyed our stay. It is across the road from the beach and walking distance to the main street with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The apartment is clean, spacious and is perfect for two families as there is two bathrooms and three toilets. We would stay here again!!

Great location, clean and tidy in a good neighbourhood, nice view Fairly priced in my POV Lock up garage I got tripped up travelling from interstate re need to BYO sheets so check before you leave home

Beautiful home and Location

Stayed here with my family for a week, beautiful home and location opposite the beach, with awesome views. Close by to shops and anything you like to eat is right around the corner, walking distance. House had few ants inside and spider webs along the gates and doors but other then that it was clean and we had a great stay .

Great location to access everything Semaphore has to offer. The balcony is a perfect spot to gather with family, watch the action along the Esplanade and enjoy the sunset. House has everything you might need and nothing that you don't!

We had an extremely disappointing stay at the above property last week. I paid a premium price for this property and expected a premium property in return. Unfortunately, the issues that we experienced were:1. 3rd bedroom bed not clean with new linen - multiple public hairs found in the bed on the first night, Saturday 27th Dec. 2. While changing the linen on the bed, I observed very dirty, old, unhygienic mattress protector. Obvious to anyone that it needs changing/updating.3. The garden was unkept with dead plants and 1 metre tall weeds. 4. Windows were so thick with dirt that you could not see outside the windows properly.5. Loud banging noise in roof area over main bedroom. Unable to sleep at night and unable to relax in peace during the day. Possible insulation/wind problem in roof? Or possums or rodents in roof? 6. Heavily dirty balcony floor that made our feet black.Obviously hadn’t been cleaned in weeks or months.7. Mattresses were lumpy, sheets old, towels thin and stained, pillows super thin were of cheap quality and in obvious need of replacement/updating. This does not create a feeling of comfort and relaxation for people who are paying a lot of money to stay there. EVERYTHING was the lowest range from IKEA or the Anko brand from Kmart.I work hard all year and splurge for one week to live in a comfortable beach house. HUGE disappointment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.All of my statements above can be supported by multiple videos and photos.
