1. If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, we will arrange a cleaner to address your concerns within 6 hours.

*Any issues with cleanliness must be brought up to the host within 6 hours of check-in and must allow for remediation. No refunds will be allowed if remediation is not permitted.

2. The Apartment is professionally cleaned each stay, the guest is requested to return the apartment in a neat and tidy manner on check out - any damages, or excess cleaning will be charged to the guest.

3. We work hard to make sure every guest is happy and enjoys the stay, so please ensure the total number of guests is accurate at booking.

4. Cot, highchair and baby bath could be provided upon request with a charge of $20 per item. Please let us know when you make a booking:)

Please kindly notice that we only have limited stocks of Cot, highchairs, and baby baths. We might not BE able to provide any cots, highchairs, and baby baths if we are out of stock.

For weekdays 9.30 am-5.30 pm, if you need to temperately store your luggage, please come to our office at 239 Wright St Adelaide SA 5000, you can leave it in our office for free.
Another option is lockers at Adelaide Central Bus Station, which operates from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm, seven days a week.

5. Lost and found property
We only keep ‘lost and found property’ for up to two weeks. If guests approach us for the ‘lost and found property’, please provide your current residential address and we are happy to post it for you. However, guests are responsible for all postage fees.

6. After making a reservation, you might be requested to provide identification. This important measure is in place to maintain a secure environment and ensure that all guests meet our age verification requirements. As part of our policy, we cannot rent our rooms to individuals below a certain age or to someone using a different name.

Great location but some issues
Firstly the property was very well located with plenty of shops and restaurants walking distance away. A few issues though: - the pictures didn’t include some of the rooms leaving us feeling misled. - there is an adjoining apartment which isn’t apparent in the listing. Unfortunately if they are loud, especially with the fly screen closing loudly, it’s terribly disturbing. Also if they smoke as our neighbours did, with some windows unable to be closed due to cables coming through them, the house fills with smoke very quickly. We also had someone who was staying in the rear assume they were staying with us assuming it was a share house. - smell of damp in the ensuite and the need for the corking in the shower needing replacement given it is peppered with mould. - leaking kitchen tap that meant when you went to use the tap, quite a bit of water would go behind the basin. That all being said the property manager was quick to respond and took action when we asked they address the noisy co-tenants.

Weekend away
When walking up to the house it looks unlived in as the lawns were unkept and long. Weeds everywhere! Very old house in much need of renovations. Inside was unclean. Finger prints on microwave, cook top and range hood. Crumbs on bench.linen soiled. Electrical cords taped to walls and coming through windows. Not enough spare blankets and the one provided was dirty. Top sheets would have been preferred as it was sometimes hot and only a doona was too hot to have on. One tea towel was not enough. Only one soap dispenser in one bathroom. Exhaust fan did not work in one bathroom. To top it off knowing that there was a stranger living in the back room connected to the house and walking past the bedroom window was vey creepy and off putting!

The property is in an awesome location. The owners were amazing at coming out at night and fixing an issue with a constantly running hot water tap, (that had been reported the morning after we checked in late at night) it is a shame that the message didn’t get to them until after two days. The only drawback was the amount of noise the people who were in the back of the property were making when we were trying to sleep. Sound proofing could be better, or something more needs to be able to be done to get other tenants to abide by the keeping noise to a minimum. A nice, basic set up place to stay.
