Spend your vacation in the beautiful, bright apartment "Vista Pirata II", which is part of the well-kept residential complex "Sueño Azul" in the resort of Callao Salvaje. Here you live privately and enjoy peace and relaxation a bit apart from the big tourism.
The apartment has a double bed bedroom, a bathroom and an open living room, divided into kitchen, dining area and comfortable sofa / TV area.
This is followed by a small balcony furnished with a dining table, with a great view of the Atlantic and the neighboring island "La Gomera".
Another large balcony (with two sun loungers) offers views of the mountains (with the "Teide") of Tenerife.
From the master bedroom you also have a patio door to the furnished balcony. Both The bedroom has large fitted wardrobes. The bathroom have a shower. The apartment also has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer combination, TV (German / English) and WiFi.
The well-equipped kitchen has, in addition to the oven and microwave, other electronic devices such as B. Toaster and kettle. This means that everything you need for a longer stay (incl. Iron / board) available.
The residential area consisting of various building complexes with private apartments, surrounded by manicured green areas planted with palm trees, is one of the most popular residential areas in the vicinity of private villas and bungalows.
Just a few meters away is the "Sueño Azul Beach Club", a seawater swimming pool with restaurant and bar, to which you, as our tenants, have free entry.
You will find sufficient parking spaces within the housing estate.

    Top Unterkunft

    Wir haben die Unterkunft für knapp 2 Monate gebucht. Leider ist uns aber der Coronavirus dazwischen gekommen und mussten den Aufenthalt nach etwas mehr als einem Monat ungeplant abbrechen. Bis dahin haben wir aber unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Es war genau so wie wir uns das so vorgestellt haben. Wir waren schon einige male in Teneriffa. Der letzte Aufenthalt war aber mit Abstand der beste. Wir können diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen wirklich weiter empfehlen.

    Ruhige Wohnung

    Wir haben uns in 15 Tagen sehr gut erholt, Allerdings hatten wir großes Glück, dass die Wohnung links vom Meerseite-Balkon nicht belegt war! Die beiden Balkone liegt direkt nebeneinander und sind nur durch eine 80 cm hohe Mauerscheibe getrennt, man sitzt quasi „am gleichen Tisch“ mit den Nachbarn! Der Balkon zum Landesinneren war durch Baulärm nicht sehr attraktiv!

    The property was on the 3 rd floor and also on the top level of the apartment so five flights of stairs had to be climbed every time and this was not good in the heat. Parking was also an issue in the evenings.

    Winter Retreat

    A perfect apartment with all the amenities you could ask for. A lovely balcony that had the sun until sunset. The beds were incredibly comfy and so relaxing. The local village is within a ten minute walk, it had a great french bakery and butchers do go there! We had a fab winter break...thanks

    Wohnung und Lage sind sehr gut!

    Die Wohnung ist als sehr gut zu bewerten in Bezug auf ihre Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage. Für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Der Blick auf den Atlantik und die Sonnenuntergänge sind beeindruckend. Die Lage ist ruhig? in einer Wohnanlage gelegen und liegt am Rand von Callao Salvaje und doch ist man in 10 min. im Centrum und am Strand. Zur Poolanlage geht man nur wenige Minuten und liegt direkt am Meer. Nachteil dort sind das kalte Poolwasser, Dauermusik (etwas zu laut) und die Liegen sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber die Lage ist toll! Trotzdem gibt es nur zwei Sterne weil direkt am Haus an der Straßenseite eine große Baustelle ist, (stand NICHT in der Beschreibung) die es nur am Wochenende möglich machte den Balkon auf der Straßenseite zu benutzen wegen Lärm und Staub. Davon mal abgesehen das um 8 Uhr morgens der Baulärm einsetzte, der leider bis ins Schlafzimmer zu hören war. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Wohnung aber leider durch die Baustelle nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

    Sauber, mit guter Ausstattung. Kurze Wege zu Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Vermieter, sehr guter Service.
