Prior to or upon arrival at Aqua Vista Tenerife, each guest is required to complete a form providing their contact details. Rest assured, we uphold strict standards of privacy and security in accordance with hospitality industry regulations.

It`s important to note that Aqua Vista Tenerife has a maximum occupancy limit. In the event of additional guests arriving without prior notification, we reserve the right to eject the entire group from the accommodation.

Important: Tenerife’s tropical and humid climate means insects such as cockroaches may occasionally be present inside the property, even in clean and well-maintained properties. This is normal for the island and not considered a cleanliness or maintenance issue. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this as part of the local environment.

Cancellation of bookings may occur if guests fail to comply with our house rules or other obligations. We kindly ask all guests to thoroughly review and adhere to the home regulations for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Self-Catering Stay: Please note this is a holiday rental, not a hotel. Our team is available Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00, and for real emergencies outside these hours.

Check-In: Between 16:00 - 22.00 hours . Kindly let us know your arrival time in advance. Late arrivals occure extra cost.

Arrivals 22:00–24:00 → +€20

Arrivals 24:00–02:00 → +€40

Online Pre-Check-In: For a smooth arrival, please complete the online check-in (uploading ID details) before you travel. Keys can only be handed over once this step is done.

What’s Included: Fresh bed linen, 1 large towel per guest, 1 small towel per bathroom, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and dish soap.

Please note that this is a **self-serviced holiday rental**, not a hotel. As such, we do not provide 24/7 staff availability. You will be managing your stay independently for non-urgent matters. For any **real emergencies**, we are available outside of regular working hours.

### **Emergency Contact:**
- For **real emergencies** only, you may contact us outside of our regular hours.
- **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, **9:00–17:00**.
- **Non-urgent issues** should be addressed during working hours via phone or text.
- If you contact us outside working hours for a **non-emergency**, we reserve the right to invoice you for concierge or after-hours services.

### **Check-In Details:**
- **Standard Check-in Time:** From **16:00 onwards**. If you require an earlier check-in, please inform us in advance. Early check-ins are subject to property readiness and cleaning schedules.
- If a specific **time slot** is agreed upon (e.g., 17:00–18:00), and you do not show up, we will proceed with other scheduled check-ins. A new check-in time will be arranged based on team availability.

Check-in Process:

We will personally hand over the keys and guide you through the check-in process.We shall meet you in front of the BUILDING.

### **Late Check-In Fees:**
- Check-ins between **22:00–24:00** incur a **€20** extra fee.
- Check-ins between **24:00–02:00** incur a **€40** extra fee.
Please plan your arrival accordingly to avoid delays or additional charges.

### **Arrival Notification:**
- It is **mandatory** to inform us **in advance** of your estimated arrival time. Failure to do so may result in delays as our team attends to other scheduled check-ins.
- On the **day of your arrival**, please notify us when you arrive on the island and again when you are about **30 minutes away** from the property. This helps us coordinate your check-in efficiently.

### **Pre-Arrival Documentation:**
Please complete the check-in process **before arrival** using a link we provide.

You need to fill out ALL information prior to your arrival. This includes uploading ID/passport copies for all guests, signing the form, and submitting a selfie for verification.
**Key handover cannot proceed until this step is completed.**

### **Respect the Space:**
While this is your home for the duration of your stay, please remember it is a **self-serviced holiday rental**, not a personal home. The property is equipped with **basic amenities** and may not include all the comforts you are accustomed to at home.

We provide:
- Bedding for each registered guest
- 1 large towel and 1 small towel per bathroom
- 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom
- Dish soap for convenience

**Any additional items**, such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, or other consumables, must be purchased and provided by you.
