Lovely 2 bedroom apartments with sea view, air conditioning and Wi-Fi

This cosy, comfortable 98m2 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment with air conditioning situated in Island Village is everything you could want from a self catering holiday, with fully fitted modernised kitchen (including full size oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, blenders, capsule coffee machines), dining area with big table ( for 8 persons) with chairs( +high child's chair) and space for a further 2 persons in lounge. There are the blackout curtains in the both bedrooms for a good night's sleep. The apartment comes fully furnished with TV and sea view from the 20m2 terrace and free wi-fi. On terrace there are table with chairs under umbrella and 2 comfortable sunbeds with umbrella.
Maximum accommodation is 4 persons + 2.
Tenerife has everything you want, including beautiful places to visit, each with its own special Canarian character. There is also a wonderful night life, where you can enjoy some of the worlds best cuisines, visit a nightclub, or simply sit on your own balcony with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.
The Island Village complex is located in a prestige area of San Eugenio Alto with picturesque views of the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, in the popular tourist area of Costa Adeje, with the neighbouring island of La Gomera only 35 mins away. 2 pools can be used. One is in few metres from apartment's entrance door. Next one is some steps above. There is a supermarket "Overseas" on the territory of Island Village.
Below the complex is the Aqua Park and only 10 mins away is Europe’s largest water attraction Siam Park and biggest on Tenerife shopping center Siam Mall. Nice restaurant with " live music" Molino Blanco is 5 minutes away. In the San Eugenio Commercial Centre you will find the supermarket Mercadona, where you will find lots of local and international products to tempt you.
Only 10-15 mins walk away is the local beach of Puerto Colon, with white sand, complete with lifeguard and lots of shops and bars around the beach area, where you can sit and view the yachts in the cosmopolitan marina sipping your sangria.

Super vacances !! Viktoria nous as très buen accueilli.Toutes les équipements necessaire etait dans l appartement. 15 minutes a pied de la plage toujour une place de parking pas loin.Seul bemol dommage que les deux piscines à côté de l appartement ne soit pas chauffée mais bon la proprietaire n y es pour rien mais bien heureusement il y a une piscine chauffée a une centaine de mètres au plaisir de revenir

Op wandel afstand winkels en eetgelegenheden. Als je naar het strand ging was ongeveer een half uurtje stappen en wel bergopwaarts om terug naar het appartement te gaan . Appartement was beetje verouderd maar wel netjes met een mooi terras waar je veel zon had heel de dag

Appartement très spacieux, tres bien adapté pour un couple et deux enfants, mais pour 2 couples comme nous , une trop grosse différence entre les 2 chambres: une très grande climatisée et grande salle de bain , et une bien plus petite, sans climatisation et petite salle d’eau. Sinon, très bien équipée et jolie terrasse. Très bon emplacement.

Excellent Location. Great accomodation overall with the following exceptions. 1. We stayed 16 days, description says "Weekly linens change is included in rental rate" this was not the case, when we contacted the agent they said a washing machine is provided if we need a clean linens.2. The mattress in the main bed was very thin.3. There was a broken toilet seat in the small bathroom which took 3 attempts and over 7 days to resolve.

Very well equipped apartments in quiet area. All appliances worked well. A few supermarkets around and about 20 minutes walk to the beach however we used a car to get around as was hot during the day.

Three week stay

Really pleasant, spacious apartment with excellent balcony. Yes, it’s uphill with a number of steps but we were in no hurry and just took our time - we’re both in our seventies. We have booked again for next year but for four weeks this time. The one thing I would appreciate would be a full size ironing board rather than a table top one. Already looking forward to next years holiday.

Pleasant property in a quiet location

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment had everything we needed apart from there were only 2 sunbeds for 4 people. The pool area could do with a bit of tlc and be warned that here are 48 steps up to the apartment. We used the car during the day but taxis are easy to flag down on the main road near the apartment. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again to the apartment

Comfortable with everything you need. Walking distance to all amenities. 2 pools close to apartment. Vera was always quick if you needed to send messages about anything. A great hosts Lovely apartment.

We had an amazing 3 weeks here. Brilliant location - far enough away from the busy areas but close to everything we needed. Kids didn’t moan once about the distance. The kids scooter came in handy too. Great communication with owner.

One week stay

The property was clean, with excellent air conditioning, rooms were spacious and having 2 bathrooms was brilliant, the terrace was large but could do with some more umbrella's or an awning as it got very hot in the sun with no shade available. It was very hilly but the cabs were reasonably priced so coming home was no problem, the property was good value.
