Beautiful penthouse a few steps from the ocean

My beautiful and luxury Apartment is located in the best area in Tenerife. There is one bedroom, bathroom, lounge with big flat-screen TV with international channels including English and Germans channels. An open fully equipped kitchen and a lovely relaxing sunny terrace with ocean view. The terrace can be opened for sunbath or for a romantic dinner. Washing machine and air conditioning are available.
Bed linen and towels are provided on the arrival. Its the perfect apartment for couples (Max 4 people if it is authorized by the owner).
There is one swimming pool and a small pool for children. The apartment is just 5 minutes walking from the beachs, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shopping malls and from the best entertainment in the south of the island.
Free private parking is available on site.
Fifteen days before your arrival, I will give you all the information to access the apartment.
It's appreciated the communication of an e-mail address and a mobile phone for contacts via WhatsApp.

The apartment is spacious and clean with absolutely everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The kitchen has an abundance of utensils, crockery and glassware which we appreciated. The bed is clean and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. There is a lovely seaview from the balcony. The complex is well located in the San Eugenio area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The host was easy to contact, extremely helpful and handled our queries quickly and efficiently. We would be very happy to stay at this apartment again.

We have had a fantastic 10 day stay at this great apartment. Everything we needed was provided, including a lovely and much appreciated welcome pack of bottles of water and a few provisions. The apartment is comfortable and was clean when we arrived. Although it might not be the most modern apartment inside, this was not a problem as everything worked perfectly and was well maintained. The air conditioning was a definite bonus in the heat during September.The apartment is in a great, very clean complex with a lovely pool area where we never had an issue getting a sunbed. Although we couldn't use the pool bar or the restaurant as we weren't hotel guests, there was no issue with us bringing our own drinks down to the pool area.It was lovely to start the morning on the balcony with a wonderful view of the sea; the balcony benefits from direct sun from late morning to the evening but there is a sunshade if it gets too hot.There's some great restaurants within easy walking distance, both in the harbour area and along the coastal path towards Playa de Las Americas, we even managed to walk into PdLA a few times, it only took 30 minutes each way.We were very sad to have to leave and return to the rain in the UK; planning to return one day soon hopefully!

Sunshine break

Excellent communication from booking property, pre and during stay. Complex was clean, quiet, welcoming and in a good location. Apartment on third floor (top floor) - lift to floor two then flight of stairs to apartment. Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything you need for your stay. Spacious bedroom with plenty of storage and comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher etc. comfortable lounge with balcony. Balcony a good size with couple of chairs and table with amazing views out to sea. Aspects of the decor were a little dated and would benefit from a de clutter/refresh but this didn’t detract from the enjoyment of a great holiday. Many thanks.

The apartment has a nice sea view and is quite central to the resort. It has all the facilities and equipment needed for a weeks stay. The hotel is nice, very clean and the staff are friendly. However, we were not able to buy a drink at the bar or charge it to the room.

Beautiful apartment in a very well-kept complex, nice and uncomplicated welcome with instructions on the necessary information, quick and good contact with the owner.Fantastic view and great location on the promenade with many nice and good restaurants.Equipped with everything you need, including for cooking. Good selection of grocery stores and varied surroundings within walking distance.We felt very comfortable!!!Schöne Wohnung in sehr gepflegter Anlage, netter und unkomplizierter Empfang mit Einweisung in die erforderlichen Informationen, schneller und guter Kontakt zur Eigentümerin.Traumhafter Ausblick und super Lage zur Promenade mit vielen netten und guten Restaurants.Ausstattung mit allem, was man benötigt, auch zum Kochen. Fußläufig gute Auswahl an Lebensmittelgeschäften und abwechslungsreiche Umgebung.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Great location and good complex. Some parts of the apartment need updating / renewing as looking slightly tired. Also the photos on the site need updating as not true to life and would not personally call it a beautiful penthouse but a nice top floor apartment. GM

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Meerblick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos im Inserat. Die gesamte Anlage inkl. Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt einen Parkplatz mit 15 Stellplätzen, der von allen Gästen in der Anlage genutzt werden können. Sollte dieser voll sein, kann kostenpflichtig am Hafen geparkt werden (21 Euro am Tag). Dieser liegt ca.5 Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmärkte, der Strand und die Promenade sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief reibungslos. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank Olimpia!

Cozy apartment in a superb location

I had a pleasant stay - beautiful view, central location, good internet, fully equipped kitchen. The host was very attentive and kind. The building and apartment itself is a bit old, with wear and tear here and there.

On the plus side great location very clean complex short walk to all amenities and beach front . On the negative side apartment was very tired needs some updating to bathroom and decorating to rooms linen to bedroom needs updating slight noise from road. All that said apartment was clean with good view from balcony

Stunning Apartment

Excellent communication with our host. Apartment was extremely clean and had everything you needed for a stay. View from the balcony is outstanding! Great Location near to everything

This appartment was perfect , great location for beach , restaurants , bars everything you need ! The appartment was clean , fully equipped with everything . Lovely view from terrace overlooking the sea . The host Olimpia was very kind and helpful , giving us all the information before we arrived , so prompt on answering any thing we asked about . Would definately recommend this appartment and we hope to return next year
