I checked in to find the house had a trail of ants from the kitchen yo the white leather couch to which I was told to spray bug spray to which I said I am not comfortable spraying bug spray on white leather. I asked for a refund because I showed up but wasn't going to have my family stay in a house with ants but both Inna amd Verbo have yet to rectify this situation. My sister ended up having to rent multiple hotel rooms for the my family because we were all supposed to stay...
