A few issues - a broken toilet seat which would have been obvious to the cleaner before we came, so not sure how long it's been broken, a very wobbly broken tap in the bathroom too. No bin bags in the bins, and the bathroom bin had no insert so the rubbish would have just gone on the floor, so again cleaner issues presumably. "Place very clean, friendly neighbours and we had everything we needed in the house the only downside is that there wasn't a toilet upstairs. Overall we're satisfied. Thank you"
