"Our stay was spoiled by the red light on the room smoke alarm flashing all night!! Having just had an operation, this was extremely annoying and I barely slept. Hotel seemed aware of the issue and still allocated a 7th floor room. No recompense offerred!!"

"Pretty run down. Walls needed painted, no breakfast as kitchen wasn’t in use. No mugs or glasses in room. Went to Reception to ask for them, got them no problem. They have shower gel in shower.
