't Uusje op de Werve is a detached vacation home on the outskirts of the village in a quiet residential neighborhood, located about 2 km from the beach in Domburg.

The spacious home is fully equipped with all modern conveniences.

Layout:
On the first floor, you’ll find a sitting area, dining area, spacious kitchen, and a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. The home is fully insulated and equipped with underfloor heating.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven/microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and a large fridge-freezer.

On the upper floor, there are 2 spacious bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people and featuring a closet. A travel crib and high chair are provided.

You have a private southwest-facing terrace with electric awnings, a parasol, and patio furniture.

The storage room is equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack.

Surroundings
Aagtekerke is a small, quiet village on Walcheren in the province of Zeeland. The village has a supermarket, a gift shop, and a bike shop.

Other stores and a larger supermarket are located more than 2 km away.

Just outside the village, 500 meters from the vacation home, there is a farm shop where you can buy delicious fresh rolls.

The village also has a nice, new playground, a soccer field, and a fishing pond.

Walcheren’s natural surroundings have a lot to offer: beach, sea, forest, and dunes.

The charming villages and towns on Walcheren are well worth a visit.

The coastal route is perfect for beautiful walks and bike rides past historic towns and villages:

- Vlissingen with its beautiful boulevard;

- Zoutelande with its stunning beaches and dunes;

- Westkapelle, with its high seawalls, a lighthouse you can climb, and the Het Polderhuis War Museum;

- Domburg, with numerous restaurants and outdoor cafes;

- Oostkapelle, with its beautiful forests featuring hiking and biking trails;

- Vrouwenpolder, home to the Oranjezon nature reserve;

- Veere, with its historic buildings and cultural attractions, located on Lake Veere, which offers water sports and recreation.

- Middelburg, home to the Lange Jan, the weekly market, and charming shopping streets

Check-in and check-out days are usually Monday and Friday.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

The beds are made upon arrival. For stays longer than one week, one extra set of bedding per bed is included.

Please bring your own bedding for the camp bed.
