"Fabulous location with close proximity to the Opera House, Palace and Gran Via (shopping). Wonderful staff, super comfortable rooms with fabulous black out curtains- slept like a baby! At night- hopped up to the 7th floor rooftop bar for an evening snack and drink with a wonderful view of the palace and opera house. Highly recommend!"

"We had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything was par excellence except the gym room. It’s very sad for a high end hotel to have a Gymn which is 200 sq feet. Everyone is into fitness and health these days especially when u on vacation u need to burn those calories. You guys need to this into serious consideration and make a real Gymn. "
