"We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The reception was very helpful and because we had 1/2 board we even had dinner in the room.Breakfast had a nice selection and wasn’t crowded or noisy at all. The I would have liked different pillows and a little softer bed but the room was awesome! "The hotel is in a quiet part of the Old Town but only a very short walk from excellent bars and restaurants. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was beautifully presented. Our flight home was cancelled last minute, so we ended up finding this hotel by chance & so glad we did - because it is now one of our favourite hotels in the world!
