We would have preferred less kids around the pool area as they were a bit disturbing….but i guess i had assumed it was an adults only hotel when i booked it…..but overall a very cool vibe and we enjoyed our stay :) "

"The hotel had just reopened after its winter closure—something we weren’t aware is common for many hotels in Ibiza—and unfortunately, it showed. Upon arrival, the property felt uncomfortably cold, with a broken door in the lobby and no functioning air conditioning in our room. The spa facilities were particularly disappointing. Cleanliness was below expectations, the hammam was not sufficiently heated, and the sauna only reached 70°C. I also booked a massage, but the treatment room was cold and...
