"Had a lovely 2 day stay at The Sheraton, lovely clean hotel, great breakfast, comfy bed and a fantastic spa and inside pool. There is an outdoor pool but we didn’t use it. Highly recommend it! Despite the above, the jewel in the crown is the staff, from reception, room cleaning, spa and restaurants they are great but a special mention to the young barman in the Sports Bar - he was great!"

"They literally exploited my situation and forced me to book another room: I booked a suite at this hotel last minute because our 1:00am flight was canceled. We were two adults and 4 little kids (all under 10). When I arrived I was forced to book and pay for another room because they won’t let us stay in one room. "Rooms are not clean, bedding smells bad ,very noisy ,do not recomend at all ,to keep me quiet they gave free upgrade to a suit ,but still not happy .staff are nice but management has to fix so many things "

"The whole experience at the hotel was wonderful. The mattress was a little firm. The view from the 33rd floor may have been great, but the windows were very dirty. We ate all our meals there and they were all good."
