"We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. "

"We booked a room with Bay view. That was the reason to choose this hotel. We got a non standard room with a side view of the Bay. I think many rooms have a side view of the Bay. Not worth the money"

"This property was stunning with highrise views of the bay. Shopping, groceries, dining options all available on premises. Easy to get a cab. The communication with the property to check in from visiting in a foreign country was excellent. Verh responsive and quick to answer questions. "This is a gorgeous cruise. The service is EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. It is definitely Luxurious and they have Live Music with 2 singers that have the voices of angels. I will go back and tell my friends that this is the cruise to take for Halong Bay….Amazing!!!"
