"The resort exceeded all of my expectations. We had an ocean view suite with gorgeous sunrise views, a comfortable bed, relaxing balcony and huge clean bathroom. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The property was very well maintained. There are a lot of families with small kids, so be prepared for that at pool time. Otherwise, the resort was fairly quiet. You don't hear people in the room next to you. Really nice stay. I would love to return again!"

"We received a handicap room (not needed) and that was fine. However, there was a bathtub and not a walk-in shower or a way to get a hdcp person into the shower. It was a big bathroom but needed more counter/shelf space and places to hang wet towels. We were centrally located right near the pool, beach, bar and breakfast."

"The Pier House has an excellent location to Duval Street and Mallory Square, but there are numerous opportunities for improvement overall. We enjoyed our dinner entrees on our arrival night, and then drinks at the beach bar a couple of afternoons. The seaweed is a problem everywhere, but it was not raked daily at the small sandy beachfront. Our rooms had small issues that weren’t addressed until we contacted the front desk. "Wonderful experience. The venue is picture perfect and provides guests with everything they could possibly want right our at their finger tips including a very amenable staff. Having an oceanfront balcony provides even more opportunity to absorb the beautiful surroundings. From beach to pool to dining our stay couldn't have been better."
