"Overall the unit was very nice. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable because of low back. At check-in there was a little confusion because of two separate locations but everything worked out for the best. Thoroughly enjoyed our three days in Savannah!!"

Staff are generally helpful and keen but some could do with more training - especially the hostesses and reception wrt providing accurate information and being knowledgable about basic questions such as valet, charging the correct method of payment, whether there are tables reserved for hotel guests, etc. Special shoutout to Steve, nevertheless, who went above and beyond - which made up for all of the others’ hiccups.
