However, the furniture and bathroom felt somewhat dated and could benefit from renovation. One important issue was that the hotel is listed on Expedia as offering laundry facilities, which was one of the main reasons we chose to book it. "The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't know how to locate parking, as there were no instructions on where the parking lot was, and I had to call the hotel ahead of time to open access to the parking lot. This resulted in a large check-in delay and unnecessary stress.
The staff were excellent and helpful which made the stay better than expected."
